Is possible, but it will also depends on your unit facing, conditions of unit, whether is on high floor and other factors involved in deciding the best market price.

In Bishan area, is common to ask for that COV you have requested. I myself is staying in Bishan, near Catholic High School. Is the possibility of finding the right buyer liking your place.

I believe your unit should be either 18X series or 17X series, where the corridor units are 3 rooms where the corner are 4S corner.
