Hi, I am 51yrs and the sole owner of a 4rm HDB in Yishun. I still have abt $60k of arrears to my flat. I wish to know:-

1) Let's say if I want to sell my HDB for a resale EC, must I hv a minimum sum $53k in my cpf?

2) If I wish to co-own the EC with my daughter who is married. However, her husband had already owned a HDB and she is only the occupier there. Is it possible?
