Hi Jess,

May I ask if you intend to buy a new (i.e. not yet TOP) or a current (i.e. resale) Executive Condo EC?
For Resale, a PR Single who is above 21 yrs can buy an EC.
For New EC, PR Single cannot buy and has to form a family neucleus to buy, i.e. married couple SC + SPR, e.g.

The sale process involving buying a resale EC follows that of a private condo.

HDB jumbo, EA, and EM, MG are all flats built by HDB and they are different in size and layout.
E.g an EA is single floor 4bedrooms area about 145m2 an EM is 2 floors 4bedrooms area about 145m2. They are not EC (Executive Condo).

Residents staying in EC enjoy the usual private condo facilities like the swim pool, gym, garden, club house, security guards, tennis court,e.g. The rest of EA, EM, MG, Jumbo dont have these facilities.

Resident of EC can only sell to a foreigner after 10 years from TOP; sell to Singapore Citizen and PR after 5years.
