Hi Gurus,

Currently, I find a lot of froth in the market (whether stock or property). Are they still investments worth making or should I just sit out till the next cycle?

Are there properties out there with 4-5% yield and free cash flow generation potential be it BUC or TOP obtained? Of course, the property must be ideally located with capital growth potential.

Hi Vincent,

I understand where you coming from, I too feel the same about the stock and property market in singapore.

However, interest rates are all time-low for the next 3 years, getting positive cash flow is very possible.

Look away from Marina Bay, Sentosa and Orchard and you can still find good rental yield projects with good upside potential.
