Dear Mdm,

Under the non-citizen spouse scheme, your husband to be will be included as an essential occupier in the flat that you purchase. Once he has been granted the work permit, you may write in to HDB to include him as one of the owners so that he can utilise his CPF to pay for the mortgage.
