A Telok Blangah Height 4rm values abt $450k-480k, while those at Telok Blangah Cres abt $25k-$40k lower.
A Telok Blangah Height 5rm in general would cost abt $35k-50k more than those 4rm in the same area.
Of the value depends on the location of the flat, high or low floor and if the unit has been renovated. This is in tandem of the asking price and therefore the COV. Usually further from amenities/ MRT, lower floor unit simple reno unit commands a lower asking price and therefore a lower COV.
