If you are looking at indulging in a low-rise resort-like property, Villa Marina in D15 is a good choice with a good mix of expats from Japan, U.S.A, Korea and UK. I can recommend 1-2 units immediate for your viewing.
If you are looking at a great dining/ shopping experience and convenience in the same vicinity within the residential compound, the Greenwich at YCK/Selatar is worth considered.
