Provence Residence, MCC Group’s 413-unit executive condominium (EC) at Canberra Crescent, is set to open for e-applications this Saturday (24 April).

The second EC to be launched this year and the first within the Canberra estate over the past 12 months, Provence Residence comprises nine 11- and 13-storey towers of three- and four-bedroom units.

Unit sizes start from 883 sq ft for a three-bedroom unit and 1,206 sq ft for a three-bedroom premium. The four-bedroom units, on the other hand, measure 1,399 sq ft.

The units feature French design influences, with its interiors incorporating glass details and symmetrical panelling.

“The home units are designed to look chic and modern in a minimalist palette of black, grey and white accents, and boast efficient layouts that cleverly maximise space usage,” said MCC Group in a release.

Set to obtain a Temporary Occupation Permit in October 2025, the development offers over 50 lifestyle facilities, including a 50m lap pool, family pool, arrival spring, children’s playground and jogging track. There is also a dining pavilion, BBQ pavilion, sky lounge, sky lawn, sky dining, roof terraces, fragrance garden and boutique lawn garden.

A five-minute drive to upcoming integrated sports and community hub Bukit Canberra, Provence Residence is near Sembawang and Canberra MRT Stations as well as parks such as Sembawang Hot Spring Park, Montreal Green and the Mandai nature and wildlife precinct including Night Safari, River Safari, Singapore Zoo and the future Rainforest Park.

Other nearby amenities include Sembawang Shopping Centre, Sun Plaza, Canberra Plaza and Chong Pang Market & Food Centre.

Schools within the vicinity include Wellington Primary School, Canberra Primary School, Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School, Canberra Secondary School and Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School.

“We are confident that the increasingly sophisticated and aspirational homebuyers will take to a slice of French chic in Singapore’s northern heartland, especially with ongoing leisure travel restrictions,” said Tan Zhiyong, Chief Executive Officer of the MCC Group in Singapore.

E-applications for Provence Residence ends on 10 May, while bookings are set to commence on 13 May.

With visits strictly by appointment only, the development’s sales gallery and show suites are located at Admiralty Lane.
