Parc Canberra, a 496-unit executive condominium (EC) project along Canberra Link, opened its sales gallery on 31 January, with average unit price pegged at about $1,080 per square foot (psf).

Online applications for units will close on 10 February, while bookings will commence on 15 February, reported The Business Times.

The development will have 10 blocks, with units comprising three- to five-bedroom apartments.

Over 80% of the units will come equipped with utility rooms. Penthouse units will also feature high ceilings for the dining and living areas.

Indicative prices for a three-bedder start from $855,000 to about $1.1 million, while a three-bedroom plus a utility room and/or yard go for $958,000 to $1.2 million.

A four-bedder with a utility room and yard cost around $1.2 million to $1.3 million, while a five-bedder with a utility room and yard is priced from $1.5 million to $1.6 million.

Smart home technology have been integrated to all units, which were also furnished with Duravit sanitary wares, Bosch kitchen appliances, Nespresso coffee machines and Hansgrohe sanitary fittings.

Since this is an EC project, Parc Canberra buyers can enjoy a CPF housing grant of up to $30,000, subject to eligibility conditions.

Developer Hoi Hup Sunway Canberra, which is a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments, said buyers can also avail of a deferred payment scheme.

Inspired by Australian outdoor culture, the development’s design includes pitched roofs. Brick walls and black frames to “evoke the casual Aussie hipster cafe aesthetic”, explained Hoi Hup Sunway Canberra. The landscape will also include green roofs and water cascades.

Parc Canberra is located near Canberra MRT station, just across the road from the upcoming $1.5 billion Bukit Canberra – an integrated sports and community hub project that is slated to open progressively from 2020.
