Tedge, Macly Group’s latest mixed-development project at Changi Road, is set to open its showflat to the public this Saturday (29 February). Sales preview will commence on 7 March.
The freehold development features 42 residential units comprising two- to four-bedders and penthouses as well as two commercial shops and two F&B shops.
Inspired by minimalist and zen living, Tedge has green plants along its architectural façade and interior selection that resembles a Japanese inspired colour palette. The penthouses also come with bright skylit bathrooms.

The commercial units can be found at the first level of the development, while the residential component is spread across levels two to five, with the penthouses located at the attic (level 6). There is also a carpark at basement 1 to 3.
Facilities at the development include a rooftop pool, teppanyaki grill and callisthenics gym.
Tedge is expected to obtain its temporary occupation permit (TOP) by the fourth quarter of 2022.
The District 14 project’s residential component will be jointly marketed by Huttons, ERA and PropNex, while the commercial component will be exclusively marketed by Savills.
