Park Nova, Shun Tak Holdings’ first residential development project in Singapore, will open for preview strictly by appointment only on Saturday (1 May).
Located in District 10, adjacent to Orchard Boulevard, the development will feature a biophilic design and offer 54 units of two- to four-bedroom apartments.
Unit sizes range from 1,432 sq ft for a two-bedroom unit to 2,906 sq ft for a four-bedder. There will also be three penthouse units measuring between 3,229 sq ft and 5,899 sq ft.
In a release, Shun Tak Holdings noted that the show flat for the three-bedroom units feature “ample curved elements, eclectic forms, textures and natural tones” that combine holistically “with the sculptural and foliage fringed architecture in a contemporary manner”.
The lift, for instance, features a copper ceiling, spider beige marble flooring and assorted timbers, while the dining area comes with an ovoid Amoeba stone dining table and Pierre Yovanovich chairs.
The master bedroom features clean lines that contrast with the smooth leather and natural timber walls, and the kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances and Molteni & Co DADA kitchen cabinetry.
The balcony comes with beige granite flooring, a granite coffee table and a cork side table.
“The rounded forms here trace the balcony’s contours studiously, enabling a natural connection between architecture and interior,” said the developer.
The four-bedroom show flat, on the other hand, features ample full-height windows that dissolve boundaries between indoors and out while bringing in sunlight and breeze.
“The living and dining areas, together with the dry kitchen counter framed by glossy circular elements, is a well-connected space ideal for both large parties and smaller gatherings,” said Shun Tak Holdings.
“The perimeter balcony is a natural extension of such communal activities, adorned with low, rotund, white leather Moon Island outdoor seating from Manutti and amiable, bulbous Gregg lamps from Foscarini.”
The kitchen comes with Miele appliances and Dada cabinetry systems from Molteni & C.
To provide residents privacy and a sense of assurance, all the units are secured and fitted with the newest technology, including a digital lockset that can be controlled via mobile phone and an indoor monitor to control visitor access.
Park Nova features a sky bridge and sky garden on the 14th level, an outdoor deck with a hot spa, jacuzzi and 25m lap pool.
Within walking distance to Orchard MRT station, the development is a 10-minute drive to Gardens by the Bay and Singapore Botanic Gardens. Nearby schools include Singapore Chinese Girls’ School.
