The Atelier to open for preview this Saturday

The Atelier, Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited’s luxury condominium project in Newton, will open for preview by appointment only this Saturday 27 February.

The prime District 9 development’s official sales launch will commence on 13 March.

Located along Makeway Avenue, the luxury development comprises a single freehold residential tower with 120 units of one- to four-bedders ranging between 549 sq ft and 1,496 sq ft.

Prices for one-bedroom units start from $1.51 million, while two-bedroom units go from $2.48 million. Three-bedders and four-bedders, on the other hand, are priced from $3.12 million and $4.38 million, respectively. The estimated date of vacant possession for the project is in Q1 2024.

The units come with matt black sanitary fittings by luxury Italian brand Gessi, German sanitary wares from Villeroy & Boch and French kitchen appliances from De Dietrich. They are also equipped with smart home features such as a digital lock set, lighting, aircon as well as smoke detector and water heat control.

Facilities are spread across the first, sixth and 18th storeys of the development. These include a garden courtyard, lap pool and poolside cabana on the first floor; bistro dining, kids zone and sensory pool on the sixth storey; as well as study pods, clubhouse and serenity fitness on the 18th storey.

Situated near Newton MRT station, the development is a four-minute drive to Orchard shopping belt. It is also close to Newton Food Centre, Novena healthcare and Novena shopping area.

Nearby schools include Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road), Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) and St. Joseph’s Institution Junior.
