Would like to know for buying a resale flat, am I able to get loan from HDB or is bank loan my only option? Thanks!

Depending on your nationality and income status, you should be able to utilize HLE for the purchase of HDB unit.

You may consider the two options if you are a Singaporean. However age is a concern if you are buying it alone, eg; min 35 years old.
