With regards to 3G:
The current HDB house is under my brother and mother's name. There is no property under my father's name nor mine. I am a divorcee with kids. Will I be able to apply for a 3G flat with my Dad. My dad is still married to my mum.

Hi,

Yes, you can. But your Mother has to be included with your Father. This means that she will have to withdraw her name from her current flat co-owned with your Brother.
