Willing to Buy a Flat.

I'm a PR for last 5 years and my wife is holding a long term Visa. Willing to buy a 2 BHK with in the budget 500K.
i) Am I eligible to buy a govt house (HDB, BTO) etc
ii) If no, Can I get a 2 BHK flat with in the limits of 500K budget.

My CPF balance,

Ordinary Account - 50,000 approx
Special Account - 13,000
Medisave Account - 15,000

sorry lah ...cannot buy.but you can consider to invest in other projects. use the guaranteed rental to rent a better unit.
