Will there be resale levy for the next upcoming ecs?

Good morning! Yes there will be resale levy payable if you have previously bought a flat from the HDB or taken a CPF Housing Grant when they next buy a flat from the HDB. http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10322p.nsf/w/SellFlatResalelevy?OpenDocument But if you purchase balance EC from past launches, there won't be resale levy. May I know what's your current concerns?
