Hi, 4 bedroom resale is unlikely to fall to around 200k to 300k as BTO 4 bedrooms are already in the range of 250k to 400k. There are already some good buys in the market. Morning,

If 4 bedroom resale unit were to dropped to $300k, that would means that Singapore property market have nose dived. Even BTO 4 bedroom unit does not sell at that kind of pricing. Therefore it would be easier to work within your budget and work towards it.
