Hi,

It is likely there will be a moderate adjustment downwards of perhaps another 3-5%, but it is unlikely there will be a significant price plunge since that is not something the authorities will want to see either.

To get a 5-room flat below 400K, it will be most likely in the outskirts and/or older flats. Will you be open to this idea? Thanks and hope to hear from you.

There are 5 room units within a few estates that are selling at $400k or lower. The issue would be what are you requirements? If you are looking at near to good amenities, MRT station, Bus Interchange, mall, etc, it's unlikely to get one at such pricing.
