-Will have fulfilled your MOP before this EC gets TOP,if you resale flat was bought without a grant. But you must sell off your current flat within 6 months of TOP of EC. Dear gurus, is the statement above true?

Hi Confused;

For purchasing EC direct from developer,you will need to fulfil your MOP before you could book an EC,regardless of CPF grant used or not.Please refer to http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10321p.nsf/w/BuyingNewFlatEC?OpenDocument#ECExistingOwner
for clarification. You will need to dispose of your current HDB within 6months upon TOP of the EC.Please feel free to contact me if you have further queries.I have a few new ECs just launched in various part of Singapore,direct from developer's sales team.Thank you
