Why are people paying $7xxk for 4xx sqft 99year condos? Washer in the toilet, kitchenette at the entrance and it takes just 4 steps to hop from the entrance to the balcony. Are they out of their wits by giving in to greedy developers?

Some might be buying for investment with the hopes of capital appreciation. Monthly cashflow is another reason. (Might make a loss also)

Its demand and supply. Developers will be developers. But if there is no demand, they will not supply. Let the market decide..
