why are 4 rooms flat in bedok south with only 1 toilet and some 2 ? they are build in the same times? Any agent can get a 4 room with 2 toilets at 350k in bedok south- pls let me know.

Hi Mr Lim,

The flats in Bedok South are 4I models and therefore do not come with attached toilet. However, some owners of 4I flats have got their reno contractors to create an opening in one of the bedroom linking it to one of the toilet, thereby resulting in an attached toilet, subjected to HDB approval.

I have a 4I unit at Blk 41 Bedok South, asking 375k. Do give me a call if you are keen.
