Hi,

Waterbay is fully sold, but Ecopolitan still have limited units left (90% sold, TOP mid 2016, no resale levy) I believe you may have posted a few times about the same query, and gotten similar answers. Is there any concern at the moment? Thanks and hope to understand your concerns further and assist.

I believe you have posted quiries of similar nature on this thread. What I really suggest is for you to work with a specific agent, whom you can relate to for concern/ questions/ pricing & details. And it doesn't cost you as well. To answer your question, WaterBay is fully sold, while Ecopolitan has 90+% units sold. If you do want to ensure you have a fair chance at snapping a valued unit at Ecopolitan as a few units get sold periodically and will eventually sell out due to high discounts , do get in touch.
