Hi,

1) Yes, a married couple with at least 1x SC + 1x SC/SPR in the application is eligible to apply for a 5-rm BTO/SBF as long as you can afford it.
2) This application combination + household income ceiling not exceeding $14k is eligible under the Public Scheme.
3) The statement you read meant that an MGH has the option of choosing a 5-rm, 3Gen (Jumbo flat), or Executive. But the executive flat was history, now no longer has an executive flat. It is replaced with DBSS.
