Hi Chong,

It depends on what you are looking for? Is for own stay or for rental yield. There is no property as best location. Every property has its own good. If you look at investment and to rent out, best would be, in my opinion, near to MRT and shopping mall.

Currently I have one unit at Compass Heights, with MRT and Shopping Mall. It is tenanted and the rental yield is 6.2%. Owner selling with tenancy and also full furnishing. This is a good investment right?

Also another one beside Tiong Bahru MRT/Shopping Mall, The MeraPrime. Excellent location.
