Hi,

1) The selling price listed in all found property websites is the same for citizens (SC), permanent residents (SPR), and foreigners.
2) The only difference between foreigners and SC & SPR is the ABSD (Additional Buyer Stamp Duty) rate.
3) For foreigners you are only restricted from buying landed property, you are allowed to purchase any non-landed property in Singapore regardless of the tenure types.
4) You are subject to a 20% ABSD for the 1st residential property bought in Singapore.
