With a budget of $800 PSF and a size of 1400 sqft, you could be looking at older condominiums in Jurong area, as newer condos mainly come with smaller built-in and higher PSF.

Some of the projects you can consider will be Summerdale, Floravale, Lakepoint Condo, etc.

As West can be quite big, do u have a specific area that you would prefer?
