When should the keys handover be?
I bought a HDB resale and agreed to give the sellers 3 months extension of stay. If my completion date is 4th August, does that mean the sellers must move out by 3rd Nov or 4th Nov? Do I have the right to enter the house on 3rd Nov to inspect the house?
