when i need to pay the agent fee? 1st appointment or 2nd appointment or when receive my key?

Morning San_83,

Normally, the agency will bill you the invoice after HDB first appointment. Depending on the agreement you have with your salesperson, you can pay him on the agreed timeline. For me, I only collect the commission on completion day, after key collection.
