Cutting the chase, recent transactions for Seletar Springs 4bedders have already hit around $940psf. Currently there are no units for sale for a 4 bedder, hence sellers within the next year might be asking for a higher price. I would say around $980psf and up. Price quantum wise, will be approx. $1.7-$2.1m depending on the unit size up in the market.
