All valuations are done by independent valuation firms regardless of whether is it a HDB property or a private property.
For HDB, HDB will assign a valuer whereas for condos, the bank will assign a valuer to do the valuation. Valuation is done via direct comparison method and backed by data and therefore will be accurate.
