Typical 1 bedder under construction condo starts from about 580K onwards. You are looking at a resale property?
Since you have no outstanding property loan, you are eligible to loan up to 80% for 2nd property. Breakdown of 500k condo as follows:

Cash 5%
CPF 15%
Max bank loan 80%
Stamp duties (BSD+ABSD) and legal fees 13%

Please also note that your CPF usage is restricted as each of you need to set aside 1/2 of minimum sum before any CPF can be used for 2nd property. Thanks and hope to have the opportunity to assist with you to complete the purchase.
