Hi,
1) MCPS gives a very high priority to families buying a BTO/SBF to live near their parents or married children.
2) I believed you had signed an undertaking letter to promise to stay within 4km of the child's new home for the MOP.
3) I didn't find any copy available on the HDB web nor any possible penalty that could be imposed upon when in violation of the undertaking. Thus suggest you read the letter to understand the possible penalty faced for violation.
