Afternoon Collin,

In my view, properties that are very near to highway will have problem getting buyers. However, if the highway is built within minutes from the residency, then it can help to push up the price.
Hence it would depend on how near you are talking about. I would not want to buy a unit that's beside the highway, lesser to speak if it's also facing the higway.
