What us the Duration for the Lift Upgradation Billing? If I want to buy a unit recently upgraded with Lift? As the Buying and Selling transaction itself takes 2Months.

Hi billing can be 6 mths or more then a yr. It all depend on how big the upgrading project within the estate. I know of estate that is still not billed after 1 yr of finishing lift upgrading. if you are a PR, suggest you call the HDB branch to find out first before committing.
