Hi Eadelin,
Normally there is defect warranty of 1 yrs from Developr if you are buying new. However the basic checks like
1. Sliding Door/windows
2. Kitchen Wardrobes functionalities
3. Flooring if there are cracks, colors and
tiles lines if it is too wide apart. etc
4. Keys to all rooms are functional and not left out
