What should the usual completion period be for a resale condo?

Hi,
Typical processing time will take about 10-12 weeks, from issuing of OTP to completion. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Dear sir/madam,
From date of exercise, the usual cases we see are completed between 10-12 weeks. If it is a full cash purchase, the completion can technically be done faster. We are also seeing more variety of completion period due to buyers restructuring their existing portfolio or timing the completion to meet the maturity of some of their investments.
