I honestly do not see any benefits to it within the short to mid term, since company has to pay hefty Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty of 65% if they are purchasing a residential property in Singapore, on top of the normal buyer's Stamp Duty of up to 6% depending on the price of property purchased.
