HI,
Sadly, HDB does not recognise unmarried(unwed) single mother with a child as a family nucleus. You can only buy resale flat under single scheme when you reach 35 yrs old.

If your parents do not own any property, you can consider to co-own a resale flat with your parents or put them as occupier. As they form a family with you.

If they have already own a property, don't be discouraged. If you have the capability to buy a flat, keep appealing to your MP/HDB even if you face many rejections. Remember, it's your choice to be a responsible mother instead of running away. You have the courage to bring your child to this beautiful world. YOU are already a winner. JIA YOU!!!
