Hi Mr Albert Tan;

If you are referring to purchasing a brand new EC direct from developer,you are only required to dispose of your current HDB within 6 months upon TOP of your EC.There are Deferred Payment Scheme available for financing of brand new EC.I have a few EC direct from developer's sale.Kindly contact me if you would be keen.Thanks
