Rental depends greatly on your unit's condition and furnishings. The existing rental rate calling in the area is at least $6k.
The final rental amount will also greatly depends on what is your expectations. Do you want to market it at a higher rate and subject your unit to vacancy for a longer period of time or allow your unit to be taken up earlier at a more competitive rate.
