Good day everyone,

i am a SC and am currently residing overseas with my wife and son [SC]. I am thinking of applying for BTO for my parents to stay while i am overseas. I understand there is a MOP to be fulfilled. Since there is no rental during this period, 1) will i face any legal issues if my parents stay in my BTO and 2) will my parents to able to conduct the physical portion of the application process such as collection of keys on my behalf?
