Singapore company looking to rent a private residential property for our Work Permit construction sector employees (Burmese, Malaysian, PRC)
Requirements:
* Preferably 90 sqm or larger
* Suitable for 6–8 male employees, subject to URA/MOM approval
* Long-term company lease
* Responsible and properly managed occupants
* Company will handle rental payment directly
* Prefer convenient access to Ubi / central-east Singapore
* Condo, apartment or landed property considered
* Property must be eligible for registration of Work Permit holders’ residential address
