These 2 projects have distinct differences therefore it is never easy to do a direct comparison over which is better. Furthermore, what is better for me, may not be applicable for you.
1) Affordability - If a penthouse is desired, The Quartz penthouse is likely to be more expensive than The Florida, therefore, if it is out of the affordability range, then will it make Florida to be a more suitable choice?
2) Age - The true objective of purchasing this property will be key to consideration. If you still intend to sell within the mid-long term, perhaps The Florida will be less appealing, however, we need to look back into point 1.
There are more considerations to which is better definitely. More importantly, why have you shortlisted these 2 projects for comparison in the first place since there are definitely more projects out there in Hougang/Sengkang district.
