What is the payment scheme and schedule for The Minton condo? 5%/10%/15%?

Hi Choo C;
The payment for the Minton would be 5%(cash) upon booking + 15%(cpf/cash) within 8 weeks later..the balance 80% can be from bank loan(assuming that you are eligible for max loan)..I have a handful of 2-4 bedrooms units for sale direct from developer...price from $7xx K only..Kindly contact me if you are interested to book a unit at The Minton..Thanks
