Are you looking at unit for immediate occupancy or unit's that under BUC? What kinda size are you looking at as there are 2 bedroom unit at 45sqm and 91sqm.

Let me assume that you are looking at unit for immediate occupany, area size of 90sqm (disregarding the age and holding type of the property), do not have any CPF at hand, not SC nor PR and having good credit record plus income status for 80% loan, you will need around $270k for purchase of unit at $800k.
