Hi Morning,

The current market asking for a 2 BR unit there is about $850k to $900k, negotiating to $800k might be difficult but not impossible.

Maybe I can introduce some bankers to advise you on your possible bank loan amount and from there, you can decide whether to continue pursuing a property there.
