What is the difference between

http://www.ura.gov.sg/realEstateWeb/realEstate/pageflow/transaction/TransactionController.jpf

and

http://www.ura.gov.sg/realEstateWeb/realEstate/pageflow/price/PriceController.jpf

I know the former one is "Private Residential Property Transactions with Caveats Lodged", but what is "Caveats", sorry for this silly question.... hope someone can help.... thanks a lot!
