Hi, CPF housing grant and Enhanced CPF Housing Grants are two separate grants and do not interfere with each other. CPF Housing Grant can only be used for resale flat purchases while enhanced CPF Housing grant can be used for both new or resale flats, this means you are eligible for both since you are purchasing a resale HDB.

If you are a first-timer Singapore Citizen (SC) and buying a resale flat on your own, you may be eligible for a Singles Grant of $40,000 for the purchase of a 2- to 4- room resale flat or $25,000 for a 5-room resale flat.

Good morning,

main difference is the income ceiling.

To be eligible for CPF housing grant, you need to earn $7k and below.

As for EHG, you need to earn $4.5k and below to qualify for different tiers of grant amount.
