1. 5% of Purchase Price (Cash)
2. 15% of Purchase Price (CPF or Cash if insufficient CPF)
3. Bank loan of 80% (monthly payment by either CPF or Cash)
4. Stamp Duty of approximately 3% of Purchase Price (CPF or Cash if insufficient CPF)
5. Legal Fees 2k to 3k approx. (CPF)
