You must fulfill the following schemes before purchasing a resale HDB flat.

Please be mindful that some schemes are applicable to Singapore Citizens only.

Afternoon Benny,

Both your spouse and you have to be PR or SC and if either of you have private properties, you are to remove your name from it within 6 months from key collection of HDB unit. Your mortgage loan have to be through bank. Fulfilling the MOP of 5 years before you are allowed to purchase your second property or sell off the current HDB unit.
